All of the accommodation on our website has been hand-picked and personally inspected by us. This knowledge means that we can match properties to the needs of each client.
We don't just let out the same accommodation each week. We have some places that are always popular so the selection on our website is just few of those. In general we work with a large number of local gite and apartment owners who we know well.
Self catering property in the Pyrenees reflects the nature of the area and people in general, these are traditional communities and there is not a concept of country cottages as there is in the UK. Instead the owners let out the places they have owned for generations and are much loved second homes. Apartments and gites are uncomplicated, you would be more likely to find wood or lino floors than carpet and socialising tends to be done round the heart of the home in the kitchen around the dining room table, rather than in a sofa in the lounge.
Furthermore, we know all our houses, gites and apartments well and when you discuss them with us it is safe in the knowledge that we have seen all the houses and apartments we offer and, in order to maintain and improve standards, we are constantly working with owners and their appointed agents.
